Information you choose to share
If you email or call us, we may receive your name, business contact details, company information and the content of your enquiry. Please share only what is needed for the conversation and avoid sensitive personal information or confidential third-party documents at this stage.
The enquiry form stays on your device
The form on the Contacts and Work with us pages only prepares a draft for review and download. Its contents are held in the page’s memory and are not submitted to DWPM. A downloaded text file remains on your device until you delete it. If you separately send that file or a message by email, the email correspondence is processed as described in this notice.
Website delivery and language preference
The website saves your language preference in browser local storage under dwpm-language; you can remove it through your browser settings. We have not added advertising cookies or marketing analytics. Hosting, security and image-delivery services may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps and error details to deliver and protect the website. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser also connects to Google when loading them. These providers may process information outside the UAE.
Why information is used
We use information to respond to your enquiries, discuss possible assignments, provide agreed services, keep necessary business records and protect our communications. Under applicable UAE law, processing relies on valid consent where required, or a permitted basis such as steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract or compliance with a legal obligation. Contacting us is not consent to unrelated marketing; we do not add enquirers to a marketing list through this website.
Sharing and international transfers
Where necessary for these purposes, information may be handled by providers of website hosting, security, email and other business communications, professional advisers, or authorities where disclosure is legally required. We do not sell personal information. Any disclosure to specialists for a mandate must be limited to what is necessary. Transfers outside the UAE must meet applicable legal requirements, including the protections or permitted exceptions required by UAE law.
Retention and protection
We retain enquiry and business correspondence only for as long as needed for the enquiry, any resulting relationship and applicable legal obligations or claims. When those purposes no longer apply, the information should be deleted or anonymised. Retention depends on the record and the applicable obligation rather than a single fixed period. We use appropriate organisational and technical measures for the information we handle; no electronic communication can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable law, you may request information about processing and access to your personal data, correction or erasure, restriction or cessation of processing, and transfer of your data where applicable. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting prior lawful processing. Email info@dwpm.consulting with your request; we may need proportionate identity verification and will respond within applicable legal time limits. You may also raise a complaint with the competent UAE data protection authority, including the UAE Data Office where it has jurisdiction.
Applicable law and updates
This notice is intended to reflect the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, where applicable, and any other mandatory data protection rules relevant to the processing. It does not replace rights provided by law. We will update it when our website or handling of information changes, including before introducing an online submission service.
